Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to meet deliverable dates and communicate status updates.
  • Support delivery of training and incorporate critical feedback.
  • Apply adult learning methodology and communicate recommendations for training approach.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing training materials.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodology and instructional design principles.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and video creation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
