Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects to meet deliverable dates and communicate status updates.
- Support delivery of training and incorporate critical feedback.
- Apply adult learning methodology and communicate recommendations for training approach.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing training materials.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodology and instructional design principles.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and video creation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
