We are seeking an experienced Empowerment Specialist to join our team. As an Empowerment Specialist, you will work closely with our Residential Contractors to provide individualized support to our clients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with building life skills, achieving their personal goals, and promoting their independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong understanding of behavioral supports and strategies
  • Able to use a computer and complete documentation
