Job Opportunity:

Anastasia Confections Inc is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations of our company, including the development and implementation of core financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of core financial systems, including standard reports and data analysis.
  • Oversee internal accounting controls and ensure adherence to established financial best practices.
  • Manage the monthly closing of financial books and records, with a focus on accuracy and segregation of duties.
  • Provide financial analysis of business results and manage the costing structure to maximize profitability.
  • Presentation of financial reporting and risk areas to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to support financial infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification a plus.
  • Five-plus years of experience as a Controller or Cost Manager in a Manufacturing environment, with emphasis on cost accounting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Food Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong ethical standards, ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and flexibility within a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience working with Power BI, and excellent computer skills.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
