Job Title: Behavioral Health Support Coordinator

Join our team at Dayton Children's Hospital as a Behavioral Health Support Coordinator. This part-time position is responsible for providing clerical support to the Behavioral Health Management and Public Safety teams.

Job Summary:

The Behavioral Health Support Coordinator is a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary team that facilitates patient care, flow, and services. This role is responsible for monitoring safety and security for visitors, patients, and employees, as well as overseeing and coordinating office functions, including secretarial, administrative, quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor safety and security for visitors, patients, and employees
  • Oversee and coordinate office functions, including secretarial, administrative, quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and reports
  • Assist in orientation of new employees
  • Compile statistics and reports performance improvement/quality outcomes
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations for the department
  • Support scheduling and documentation of department meetings
Requirements:
  • Associate degree required
  • CPR and CPI preferred, but not required
