We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Fine Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing essential basic care to patients in a long-term care setting, while also offering emotional and social support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Active New York State CNA Certification
  • Physical stamina to perform duties with minimal fatigue
  • High level of patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • MMR & Varicella titers
  • PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive
  • 1 Personal reference letter, 1 Professional reference letter
  • Original non-expired State Identification
  • Original proof of Work Authorization
