Key Responsibilities
  • Apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, or repair parts of metal or other materials that require welding.
  • Work from blueprints, engineering sketches, charts, or work orders.
  • Lay out and mark points on parts or subassemblies using rule, square, scribe or templates.
  • Use measuring instruments and hand tools to position pieces that require welding into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • May inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Participate in special projects, as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required
