Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Van Truckload drivers to join our team. As a Team Van Truckload driver, you will be responsible for hauling dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight, driving within all 48 states, and enjoying our Team Pet Policy.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Earn up to $2,100 in holiday pay incentives while working November 2024-December 2024.
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly paychecks.

  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
