Strategic Leadership
- Evaluate and identify the changing dynamics impacting the present and future requirements of information technology and systems in healthcare, proposing strategies and initiatives to align with the organization's overarching goals.
- Formulate comprehensive strategic and tactical plans, ensuring accountability for the achievement of objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization to address their needs in alignment with St. Croix Health's mission.
- Oversee the planning, direction, and evaluation of programs and resources to ensure the delivery of best-practice procedures and patient care.
- Establish a governance framework for prioritizing and resolving resource conflicts related to IT projects.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures in line with industry standards, ensuring staff compliance and proficiency.
- Work alongside other leaders to standardize practices and technology platforms, contributing to organization-wide evaluations of program effectiveness.
- Direct and assess the performance of team members, ensuring adequate staffing and training to meet operational objectives.
