Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing home health visits to clients in the Bucks County/Northeast Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
  • Continuously assess and revise treatment plans, collaborating with BAYADA clinicians as needed.
  • Educate patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
