Corporate Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial reporting process, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign exchange
  • Research and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Supervise and direct a small accounting department and international accounting team
  • Oversee operational accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
  • Coordinate annual audit and liaison with audit firm
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • CPA certification
  • Experience with GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong financial management and technical accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with NetSuite/Dynamics a plus
