What You Will Do:
Develop high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes (such as Code Reviews and Unit Testing).


Collaborate with product owners to grasp detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.

Design software that is user-friendly, enabling customers to extend and customize functionalities to meet their specific requirements.

Contribute to the design and development of new products and features while enhancing our existing product suite.

Act as a mentor to colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:
6+ years of experience with Java or a comparable object-oriented programming language.

A strong passion for JavaScript and web technologies, focusing on reusability and component-based design.

Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and considerations for performance and scalability.

Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.

Strong analytical and design capabilities.

Ability to manage projects that involve significant technical risks at a team level.

Compensation and Benefits:
For positions in California (excluding the Bay Area), we offer a competitive base salary range, along with equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Our compensation structure is competitive, and total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

We provide health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plans, matching donations, a flexible time-off policy, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).

Compensation is determined by the geographic location of the role and may change based on work location.
