As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their mobility and independence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a long-term acute care hospital setting.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • BLS certification.
