Job Title: Tire Technician

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and satisfaction of our customers by ensuring their vehicles are properly equipped with tires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and maintain commercial vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
  • Perform tire repairs and replacements, including balancing and rotation.
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and drivers from all over.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive repair or heavy equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters.
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation.
