Essential Qualifications:

  • A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS of verified experience in home care
  • Experience in supporting clients with dementia
  • Ability to engage clients in meaningful activities
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to high-quality care
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid CNA or HHA certification in Florida
  • Ability to work autonomously and adhere to care plans
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
