Job Description

Rendevor Dialysis is a family-owned and operated company that provides on-site dialysis services to under-serviced healthcare institutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments, delivering safe and efficient care to patients with end-stage renal disease.
  • Assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including nephrologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, obtain laboratory specimens, and perform routine tests as ordered.
  • Document patient information, treatment outcomes, and other relevant data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including performance improvement projects and QAPI training.
  • Develop and deliver in-service education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in the orientation of new staff members and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
  • Current RN license for Tennessee and current CPR certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
  • One year of recent hemodialysis RN experience, with two to three years of experience preferred.
Work Environment

This role exists in a hospital or in the medical unit of a post-acute or correctional facility. The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to work a full schedule, which may range from five to fifteen hours per day.

Rendevor Dialysis offers a competitive compensation package, including hourly rates ranging from $42.00 to $47.00 per hour, based on documented experience.
