Key Responsibilities
1. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing any discrepancies or late charges.
2. Answer and manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
3. Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
4. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
5. Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and special requests.
6. Complete daily cashier reports and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
Safety and Compliance
Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management. Uphold company policies regarding confidentiality and professional appearance.
Guest Engagement
Welcome and acknowledge every guest, anticipating their needs and providing assistance to individuals with disabilities. Communicate clearly and professionally, developing positive relationships with both guests and colleagues.
