About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Store Manager at Spencer Gifts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing store operations, and building high-performing teams. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling.
