Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Express. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also assisting with sales floor operations, visual merchandising, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and sweeping the floor.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including operating a cash register and processing transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
