Job Description:

As a Case Manager, Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care services, including:

  1. Critical care
  2. Emergency services
  3. Diagnostic imaging
  4. Surgical services
  5. Rehabilitation programs

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
