Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily quality checks on production associates, including random sampling of production work in various work areas.
- Perform destructive testing on envelopes, checking package contents and re-sealing envelopes as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Some knowledge of Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of Print and Mail production environment and experience in Print Operations Quality Compliance.
- Ability to understand production Standard Operating Procedures and use Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
