We are seeking dedicated LPNs to join our caring team at Bright Star Care, a leading and trusted brand in the health care industry.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, with days, nights, and weekend shifts available. You will be part of a team with RN Oversight and have access to mobile shift management and time tracking.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform care as defined by clients individual Plan of Care and within scope of states nurse practice act
  • Monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
  • Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted LPN state license
  • Minimum 1 year experience on your license
  • Reliable car/auto insurance
  • IV Certification optional
  • Current CPR and negative TB skin test/chest xray
  • Ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Must be able to perform wound care, foley care/change, and/or ostomy care
