Job Title: Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Natural Grocers. As a Head Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations, training and directing cashiers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise cashiers to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services
  • Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front-end, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with other store teams to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or grocery store environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
