**Job Summary:**
As a Meat Cutter at Brookshire's Grocery Company, you will be responsible for processing meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and/or cutting to proper thickness and size.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Cut, weigh, package, and label product
* Process meat products and fulfill special customer requests
* Ensure market and seafood cases are kept full, rotated, and fresh with prepackaged meats

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
