We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced automotive technician to join our team at Midas - Acorn Auto / Phoenix Auto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing thorough courtesy checks and communicating effectively with our store leader and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough courtesy checks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with store leader and guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Work a flexible retail schedule, 5 days a week, to meet the needs of our customers
- Must have own tools and be certified in Michigan State
- Good communication skills and leadership ability are essential for this role
