Job Summary:

Parking Management Services is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Parking Lot Auditor / Lot Attendant. As a Parking Lot Auditor / Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for monitoring parking lots and garages, performing operational duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational duties as required, including but not limited to, issuing parking citations, directing traffic, and providing customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Use personal cell phones for work purposes, as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Physical ability to walk 8+ miles in a shift and work in all types of weather.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to work independently.
