We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Operations Manager to join our team at Tamarack Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and productivity.
- Guest Service
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, including prompt and attentive service, accurate orders, and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.
- Quality and Safety
