Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and help them achieve their tanning goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Compensation

As a Sales Associate, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $12.50 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and growth.
