About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Wrapper to join our team at Greer's Markets. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and store meat products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow established wrapping and weighing standards to maintain product quality
  • Fully stock and rotate all meat cases to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility
  • Develop a thorough understanding of meat quality and grading to provide expert advice to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product usage and cooking methods to effectively recommend products to customers
  • Safely operate all power equipment and machinery in the meat department
