We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Assessment Designer to join our team at Educational Testing Service (ETS). As a key member of our assessment development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality assessments that meet the needs of our customers.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing Assessments: Create high-quality assessments, including multiple-choice questions, short-answer questions, and performance tasks, that align with current standards and trends in education.
- Collaborating with Subject-Matter Experts: Work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure that assessments accurately reflect the latest knowledge and research in their field.
- Implementing Assessment Solutions: Implement assessment solutions, including online proctoring and scoring, that meet the needs of our customers.
- Providing Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in assessment design and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in assessment design, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong focus on education and learning.
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Strong subject-matter expertise in education, instructional design, or a related field, with a deep understanding of current standards and trends.
