Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our machinery repair crew, you will be responsible for performing technical repairs and services on heavy equipment.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, generators, and other heavy equipment.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and diagnose problems using advanced technical skills.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel engine repair or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
