Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at BRIA. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to residents, supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, chart and maintain documentation for residents, prepare and administer medications, and develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of nursing assistants, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.
  • Chart and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for residents, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Prepare and administer medications, including injections, oral medications, and topical treatments.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members, including physicians, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
