Job Summary

The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining the condition of the manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to repairing and/or the replacement of failed components and performing preventative maintenance measures when applicable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all repair/maintenance of production equipment according to the equipment blueprints and procedures.
  • Install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment based on prior knowledge, manufacturer guidelines, and on-the-job training.
  • Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment per manufacturer guidelines, and on the job training.
  • Utilize prior knowledge, manufacturer guidelines, and on-the-job training to perform daily activities in a safe and effective way.
  • Use basic test equipment such as multi-meters, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.
  • Reduce downtime by working efficiently and performing countermeasures aimed at root cause analysis.
Requirements
  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • College or technical school coursework completed is a plus.
  • 1 or more years of experience in Manufacturing equipment maintenance is required.
  • Experience with high and low voltage electricity handling is a plus.
  • Experience as an independent maintenance mechanic or electrician is a plus.
  • Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and/or overtime as needed.
