Position Overview

The Logistics Associate will be responsible for ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse environment. This role involves preparing products for dispatch, receiving and organizing inventory, and supporting the Operations Manager with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse, ensuring all products are stored properly and kept in optimal condition for sale.
  • Regularly inspect safety equipment and protocols within the warehouse, including fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, and personal protective gear, to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and drum dollies for the movement of materials.
  • Prepare and package orders for shipment, securing items on pallets and ensuring safe loading and unloading of trucks, which may involve lifting heavy items.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory, verifying that all products match their corresponding documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor in verifying that all dispatched orders are complete and accurate.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Experience operating a forklift is required.
  • Certification as a Drum Picker is preferred.
