We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist - Swiss Lathe Specialist to join our team at Eastridge Workforce Solutions.

About the Job

Eastridge is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. Our client, an aerospace company in Gilbert, AZ, requires an expert CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist to drive production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform machine setup, operation, and first article inspections on swiss machines: Tornos Deco 10, EVO Deco, Citizen R04, K16, L20, Tsugami BW129Z, SS32
  • Troubleshoot maintenance and quality issues on the machine
  • CNC Programming is a plus
  • Assist in meeting production schedules and quality requirements
  • Communicate problems and procedural issues
  • Suggest improvements for production and quality
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum HS diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a CNC swiss machining environment
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with all other personnel
  • Ability to follow directions and perform complex duties
  • Good hand and eye coordination
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Good interpersonal skills

Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
