Role Overview:

An opportunity exists within our esteemed housekeeping team. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in resident apartments as well as shared spaces and interior areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets, and bathtubs
  • Making beds with fresh linens
  • Emptying and cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
  • High and low dusting
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will preferably have prior experience in housekeeping within Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living environments.

Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

Availability for weekends and holidays as required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to operate and maintain all housekeeping and laundry equipment
  • Knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Target Range: $ per hour (Depending on Experience) plus a $1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus and annual bonus up to $2, based on hours worked.
