Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and monitor patients closely in the STICU.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Manage complex medical conditions and perform necessary procedures.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
- Accurately document patient information and care interventions in medical records.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
- 1 Year of trauma level 1 or 2 ED or ICU experience in an acute hospital setting.
