Overview

Reliatus is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavior analytic services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the fidelity of program implementation.
  • Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor the effectiveness of intervention strategies.
  • Train and support parents and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to adjust treatment plans based on data analysis and client progress.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
  • Uphold ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • At least one year of experience working in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
