Janitorial Specialist

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the Fitness Holdings North East LLC facilities. This includes cleaning the building, grounds, and equipment, as well as performing various maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the club, including equipment and locker rooms
• Dust and clean all flat surfaces throughout the club
• Vacuum and dust all cardio and strength equipment
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Follow a schedule or checklist to ensure tasks are completed
• Record completion times and take ownership of areas of responsibility

Physical Demands:

This role requires heavy physical work, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds. The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to perform tasks
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to unusual elements
