Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living tasks, including meal delivery, mobility support, and hydration.
  • Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, and the use of bedpans.
  • Administer adjunct care, such as therapeutic baths and ice packs.
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Must hold a valid license to practice in Ohio.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and sensitivity.
