We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations in a dynamic environment.
- Champion and enforce corporate safety protocols, initiatives, and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Identify equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement both immediate and long-term solutions.
- Assist the facility in meeting objectives related to Safety, Workforce, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Support the execution of divisional and corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with schedule and quality benchmarks.
- Promote safety and maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Mentor, train, and assess team members for their professional growth.
- Adhere to Local and National Labor agreements while supporting divisional and corporate directives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues as they arise.
- Execute planned maintenance tasks effectively.
- Complete projects within budgetary, manpower, and time constraints.
- Contribute to the facility's goals regarding Safety, Workforce, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost efficiency.
- Supervise both maintenance and construction initiatives.
- Maintain adherence to schedules and quality expectations.

Qualifications for Success
