Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure effective patient care and team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
