Position Summary:

  • Senior Consultant with Expertise in SAP APO SNP & GATP PP/DS.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Act as a bridge among stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for modifications to business processes, while addressing existing system logic challenges, policies, and information systems to ensure testing criteria are fulfilled.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all development phases and a solid understanding of business functions.
  • Oversee customer program and consignment inventory in relation to established MIN/MAX values and performance metrics.
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP APO implementations and at least 7 years of industry or consulting experience.
  • Proficient in configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting SAP APO, including Global Available to Promise (GATP), Demand Planning (DP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP).
  • Experience with SAP APO version upgrades, enhancement pack upgrades, and implementations following SAP's recommended best practices.
  • Manage Rule Based ATP, Allocation, Availability, Sourcing, and QTVB jobs to identify inconsistent Sales Orders, as well as SDRQCR21 jobs for correcting discrepancies, and CCR jobs for synchronizing stock situations in R/3 and APO.
  • Facilitate Back Order Processing, manage allocations transferred to Planning Area, and oversee the transfer of allocations and CVCs from Planning Area to AC42, ensuring smooth monitoring of process chains for uploading allocations to CVCs as provided by business.
  • Develop and present Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demonstrations to clients, articulating business advantages and best practices.
  • Apply and expand technical knowledge of the SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer (APO) Module to resolve application issues of varying complexity.
