Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Trash Collector. As a member of our Community Concierge Services LLC team, you will be responsible for collecting bagged trash and broken down boxes from residents' doors and transporting them to a compactor located on the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect bagged trash and broken down boxes from residents' doors
  • Transport trash to a compactor located on the property
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Must have a truck with an open bed
  • Must have a smartphone with a data plan
  • Must be able to handle physical demands, including carrying up to 50 lbs at a time, up and down stairs, in all weather conditions, without assistance
  • Must have a can-do attitude and provide professional service to each community

Work Schedule:

1-2 hours per night, Monday-Thursday, and 2-3 hours on Sundays, with a total of 6-11 hours per week and 24-44 hours per month

Compensation:

$27-$50 per hour on average, paid via direct deposit, twice a month

Benefits:

  • Paid training on day one
  • No experience necessary
  • $500 bonus after 5 months of employment
