We are seeking Midnight Counselors to join our team at North Suffolk Community Services Inc. As a Midnight Counselor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in our residential homes.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to residents based on their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other staff members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred
- Certification in CPR/First Aid required
Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Estimated salary for a full-time position is $40,000-$50,000 per year.
