Job Description

Dew Software, a leading digital transformation solutions provider, seeks an experienced IT Security Engineer to safeguard our clients' sensitive information and ensure the security and integrity of their IT systems and data.

This role requires designing, implementing, and managing security measures to assess potential risks, develop security policies and protocols, and monitor systems to detect and respond to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing potential risks and developing security policies and protocols
  • Designing and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats
  • Monitoring systems for security incidents and responding promptly
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate complex security concepts effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security or a related role
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS
  • Strong knowledge of network security, firewall technologies, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools
  • Experience with identity and access management systems
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest security trends, threats, and best practices

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
