MedStar Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a fellowship trained Foot & Ankle Orthopaedic surgeon to join their established practice in Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia.

The practice has 13 orthopaedic surgeons, 3 physiatrists, and 2 rheumatologists, and is part of MedStar Orthopaedic Institute in the Washington region.

The position will be based out of our busy practice in Brandywine, Maryland, with opportunities to work at our offices in Waldorf, Maryland, Alexandria, Virginia, Lorton, Virginia, and Woodbridge, Virginia.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.

The compensation package is competitive, with an initial income guarantee and opportunities for additional call pay, quality bonus, and RVU incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Foot and Ankle Orthopaedic surgeon.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, and rheumatologists.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Foot and Ankle Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
