Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with daily operations of the unit, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or associate's degree.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- AHA BLS CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
