Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our post-acute services. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your knowledge and skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with daily operations of the unit, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or associate's degree.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
  • AHA BLS CPR certification.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
