  • Exhibit prompt and thoughtful decision-making, grounded in sound judgment.
  • Operate independently while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Supervise Shift Supervisors, Ammonia Day Supervisor, UAN Day Supervisor, Training Supervisor, and Offsites Day Supervisor.
  • Design and implement operational strategies, including maintenance and skill development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with over 10 years of supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field.
  • Expertise in process safety management, with a focus on cultivating a safety culture and leadership.
  • Knowledgeable in Ammonia, UAN, and Nitric Acid production processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Familiarity with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screening.
  • Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card (TWIC).
  • Willingness to consider relocation to other company locations.
