Manufacturing Operator Role Overview

Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or permanent lawful residents.

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility is to produce goods efficiently, ensuring high quality and compliance with safety protocols. Team collaboration is essential while adhering to company regulations.

Educational Background:

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Work Experience:

Applicants should have a minimum of six months to one year of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate automatic screw machines
  • Maintain and manage the operation of necessary machinery
  • Replace tooling in machines as required
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure product specifications are met without deviation
  • Identify critical features on technical drawings
  • Adhere to 6S & Safety Guidelines

Additional Duties:

  • Carry out other assigned tasks as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and basic mathematics
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and utilize measurement instruments
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Capable of following assembly instructions and qualification checklists
  • Skilled in following directions effectively

Physical Demands:

  • Engage in repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Push, pull, and bend as required
  • Lift items weighing up to 35 lbs
  • Stand for prolonged periods
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Meet vision and color perception standards
