Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care at Mercy Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and priorities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Provide education to patients and families on health management and self-care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Assist surgeons in surgeries and provide post-operative care
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
  • IV certification may be required for certain specialties
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
